Finnegan, Hopper & Emma Kate

This chihuahua + cat pair are the newest siblings of Charlie and Bailey, whom I photographed nearly two years ago and whose mother has since become a great friend. Not only is she amazing as my assistant for commercial shoots, she is one of the women behind Atlanta Beagle Rescue and works tirelessly to save beagles all over the state. Needless to say, I loved meeting these new members of her pack.

Finnegan and Emma Kate were saved from Gwinnett Animal Control, and Hopper is an Atlanta Pet Rescue alumnus. Finnegan is a two-year-old chihuahua who is very shy with people but, thanks to Michele, is slowly opening up and is quite the sweetheart. Hopper and Emma Kate are both about a year old, although Emma thinks she’s still a kitten – she has no fear of dogs, strangers, and is always exploring and ready to play.

Both Emma and Hopper were complete hams for the camera. I don’t know how I’m going to whittle all these images down to a final gallery!

From left to right are Hopper, Finn and Emma:

I had to sneak just one in of Keeper, Michele’s current foster from Barking Hound Village Foundation. He’s a spunky little terrier mix looking for a home, so if you or anyone you know is interested, let me know and I’ll put you guys in touch!
