Some of you might remember the ridiculously adorable Dolly from a couple years ago – she’s all grown up now, and this year she got a new brother named Hank. She is a goofy girl with huge bear paws who loves to play – the perfect match for Hank, who is equally goofy and playful! He’s a four-month-old beagle mix who has no problem keeping up with Dolly and her antics. It was such a treat photographing these two along with their big sister Harriet, who tussles as if she’s one of them.
Molly and Riley, aka The Beans, are downright ridiculous! Molly can show more expressions on her face in one minute than most people can in a whole day. She has an adorably curious head tilt, an infectious smile, and a hilarious snaggletooth, to name a few. Riley leaves the shenanigans to his sister and keeps a gentlemanly, reserved quality about him. But once he trusts you, he turns into a snuggling cuddlebug, all belly rubs and kisses.
You’d never know it, but they are both 11 years old. And better yet? They are both rescue pups, adopted as older adults! (Anyone in rescue knows what what rare gems people like their mama are!) ♥
There aren’t many things cuter in this world than a puppy, and labrador retriever Cam is no exception! She was 12 weeks old at the time of our session (thank you to her mama for her patience while I was out of town and then buried in Meow or Never work!) and growing like a weed. I can’t wait to photograph her again when she’s all grown up!
