Dino & Sambo

Dino and Sambo are a lab and shepherd mix pair who are the watchful guardians of their new human sister, who was welcomed into the family 18 months ago. Dino is the rambunctious brother, always ready to play, while Sambo is more reserved and always keeping an eye on things. I particularly loved Sambo’s ears – they’re like antennae; when he hears something they flick back and forth and then stand up straight when he’s pinpointed the sound.

I had a wonderful time meeting and photographing this beautiful family! Just another testament to the beauty of rescue dogs + children. ♥

Bailey

Bailey is a very sweet eight-year-old yellow lab who loves her mom very much. For her session, we met at one of her favorite outdoor parks and she showed me all the things she loves to do – walking the trails, splashing around in the creek, and finding the best sticks. It was the perfect fall session!

Henry

I have had the pleasure of photographing Henry each fall and this was my fourth session with him. Every time I see him he just gets more and more handsome. Henry especially loved the gorgeous fall weather on the day of our session since it meant more time to play fetch with his favorite red football, and all the critters were out in his backyard!
