There aren’t many things cuter in this world than a puppy, and labrador retriever Cam is no exception! She was 12 weeks old at the time of our session (thank you to her mama for her patience while I was out of town and then buried in Meow or Never work!) and growing like a weed. I can’t wait to photograph her again when she’s all grown up!
Beautiful Graceland has to have an eye removed, so we scheduled a session as quickly as we could so her family would have some photos of her pre-surgery. (Although I’m sure she’s going to be just as gorgeous and spunky as a pirate dog!) Even with the pain her eye was causing her, she is such a fun-loving girl that she was still happy to play fetch in the Georgia heat and snuggle with her family too. Her little brother Sully was equally obliging!
Pogo is an 18-year-old (!) spaniel mix beloved by her family. Even though she can only see outlines and shadows, she always knows where her mama is and can’t relax unless she’s near. She loves to rest her chin on any of her countless stuffed animals, which is ridiculously adorable, as you can imagine!
She has had a number of photo shoots throughout her long life, so she was a seasoned pro. She was so patient during all the outfit and prop changes, and it was so touching to see how much her loving family dotes on her. Thank you, Heather, for a wonderful session!
