Georgia & Colt

Georgia is a one-year-old certified mutt (beagle? lab?) who was adopted from the Atlanta Humane Society, and Colt is a two-year-old lemon beagle. They are the perfect pair for each other, both fun-loving and bursting with energy. Since my own never play together (they still snuggle with each other, they just haven’t played since they were very young), I always get a little jealous when I see dogs who live together and can entertain each other for hours on end. At random points during the session, Georgia and Colt would just suddenly interrupt whatever we were doing and launch into spontaneous play! I loved it.

Laine Sweezey - Both Georgia and Colt are regulars at the Brook Run Dog Park, so I know them well enough to know that your photos did a great job of capturing their personalities. Great work Leesia!

Evie & Whisper

Evie is an adorable 4-year-old chihuahua mix adopted from SmallDog Rescue and Whisper is her big sister, a beautiful 10-year-old cat rescued from an animal control facility. They are both doted on by their mom and while they’re not the best of friends with each other, they’re very good about co-existing together and have a great life with charity walks and belly scratches for Evie, and lots of playtime and cuddle time for Whisper.

Of course I loved Evie’s snaggletooth and her expressive ears, and Whisper has the most gorgeous green eyes. Aren’t these girls lovely?

Betsy

Betsy is a ridiculously adorable 12-week-old miniature schnauzer puppy who loved showing off for the camera. She had a great time frolicking in the yard on an unseasonably warm fall morning – playing with toys, flopping for belly rubs, and smelling the flowers. She is incredibly outgoing, and so sweet and affectionate. Look at this face!
